2020-21 NCAA DI Rankings

Howard Be Thy Name

Eric Barnett continues to climb after he took out Pat McKee in dominant fashion. McKee slips behind Heinselman who he lost at last year's Big Ten Championships, and right ahead of Rayvon Foley who he beat earlier this season.

Devin Schroder's tumble continues after he falls to Foley.

Robert Howard makes his rankings debut after beating Jack Medley who began the season as a top 20 ranked wrestler and would still be there if it was not for Dylan Ragusin. A year ago, Medley beat Jakob Camacho, Justin Cardani, Michael DeAugustino, Nic Aguilar, and Eric Barnett. Friday night, Howard will get another shot to move again when he takes on Heinselman.

Lock Haven is back in the mix which means that Luke Werner is as well. At the end of last season, Werner was ranked #21, and before Lock Haven initially opted out of the season, Werner was ranked #20. As the Bald Eagle coaching staff pointed out on Twitter, Werner had wins over Brandon Courtney and Brody Teske, but those were in 2019. Last year he was 30-5, but had unranked losses to Logan Heil, Willy Girard, and Jake Ferri.

Trevor Mastrogiovanni falls a few spots after losing to Noah Surtin of Missouri who would go on to lose to Dack Punke also of Missouri. So, Mastrogiovanni falls behind Missouri's current starter, Connor Brown.
