It's an interesting crop of Heavyweights right now in high school. As of now, there doesn't appear to be the lock-down hammer like a Gable or Kerkvliet or Mason Parris.

But I like the group - from top to bottom - more than those in the recent past. There's depth, there's sleepers, and there are many, many more options.

What makes this particular go round difficult is the lack of high profile folk success among the clear leaders. 

Haas, Copass, and Catka have done almost all their damage in freestyle. For me, and provided Haas, who has two years left of high school, can put on good size, I like him as the most athletic and technical among the top tier.

Also notice how young the group is. Just five of the Top 20 are Sr.'s - something that rarely occurs at the upperweights.

Since it's now known that Nash Hutmacher will be exclusively playing football in college, I have removed him from the prospect rankings.
