The only real moves in the P4P were this: 

#16 Haji Aliyev (AZE) moves up seven spots to #9 in the rankings after winning the European Championships after beating former #9 Ilyas Bekbulatov (RUS). 

#9 Ilyas Bekbulatov (RUS) drops two spots to #11 in the P4P after losing the European Championships to Haji Aliyev (AZE). 

Sharif Sharifov (AZE) moves up five spots to #19 after taking the top spot at 92 KG with Abulrashid Sadulaev moving up to 97 KG. 

#19 James Green (USA) fell four spots to #23 because when compared to guys like Sharif Sharifov, Bilyal Makhov, Kyle Dake, and Vladislav Baitsaev I found his resume didn’t quite match up with theirs.
