NOTES FROM NUR-SULTAN

Lomtadze was the only wrestler to beat a Russian in a medal match, establishing himself as the best 61 kilogrammer in the world. Idrisov slides to #2. 

The veteran Ehsanpour has a superb tourney, beating two ranked wrestlers before falling to Idrisov in the semis. He then beating another top 20 opponent for bronze.

Rakhmonov and Bekrenev earned spots in the rankings based on their victories in the tournament. Aware jumped a few spots thanks to his wins, and Graff was able to hold his ground after a fifth-place finish, despite the addition of several new names to the list.
