2021 PIAA champion Grant Mackay won the Southwest Regional title with wins over #5 Andrew McMonagle and #3 Zeke Dubler. Mackay enters the state tournament looking to win his second state title before heading to Pitt next season. McMonagle moved up to the #5 ranking after picking up wins over #9 Chase Brandebura and #10 Chase Frameli. Jagger Gray defeated #7 Luke Sugalski for the Southeast Region title and entered the rankings at #6.
