141 - Jesse Mendez

Jesse Mendez takes over the top spot after winning the NCAA Tournament with notable victories over Brock Hardy, Beau Bartlett, and Vance Vombaur. 

Beau Bartlett is notably ahead of Brock Hardy even though Hardy finished ahead of Bartlett at the NCAA Tournament and Big Tens. Despite that, Bartlett defeated Hardy head-to-head this year and also has two wins over Mendez. Bartlett's only losses on the year are to Mendez and VomBaur while Hardy has suffered losses to Mendez, Bartlett, Happel, and Jamison. 

CJ Composto made a big jump this week after finishing in fourth with wins over Vance VomBaur, Cael Happell, and Tagen Jamison. 

Andrew Alirez drops 6 spots to #13 after suffering losses to Eligh Rivera and Jacob Frost. Alirez is kept from dropping further because of his wins at Big 12's over Jacob Frost and Julian Tagg.
