Owen Miller for Oak Harbor dropped to add depth to the weight class. He will be the new #3 slotting above Brown of Legacy Christian. This shift moves most wrestlers down a spot beside the top two wrestlers. Miller dropping is easily the most significant move of the past two weeks.
