The top four at the weight class all dominantly won their districts, and below the top four, the rankings blew up. Calvin Gwinn had a day making the district finals beating several bubble and former-ranked wrestlers. Garfield Heights had a lot of former-ranked wrestlers and currently-ranked wrestlers battling on the backside. #6 Lahoski punched his ticket finishing in third place beating #8 Blough. Myers of Indian Valley wrestled great, beating former ranked Patterson in the quarterfinals by pinfall, and then only lost to #1 Paterra 3-1 in the district finals.
