The biggest change here is that it does not appear that Bissey wrestled at regionals which would eliminate him from the state series and rankings. This is a more open weight with Silva coming in as a favorite but Nelson will be a threat. Unfortunately, there is an over-stacked sectional that will prevent a pair of potential podium placers from making it down.
