Minnesota continues to rise once again. The Gophers started out at #8, rose to #6, then #5, and finally #3. One spot above them is Penn State at #2. Penn State was largely helped by rises at 125, 133, 184, and 285. Michigan was hurt a lot by the withdrawal of Stevan Micic.
