Only three place winners return from last year’s bracket. But then add in the likes of Higley (sixth - 2018), Edmondson (sixth - 2018), and Redinger (third - 2018) and that makes it six career placers.  A total of 10 state qualifiers return adding depth, then you throw in guys like Royer, who has two wins over Chapman along with other notable wins, Leehan (wins over Wiant), Vernon (win over Amole), and Coller (win over Edmonson) makes it seem like you have about 15 state-level guys going at it. Cassidy will be back at this weight, considering he wrestled 135 at the Journeyman, making him my favorite with his only losses coming to placers that have graduated.
