174 - Carter Starocci

Carter Starocci won his third straight national title by pinning Mikey Labriola in the finals. Though he lost to Starocci, Labriola got his second win of the season over Mekhi Lewis in the semi-finals. In a surprise upset, Chris Foca then also defeated Mekhi Lewis in the third-place bout.
