North Hunterdon’s Brendan Raley has been an exciting surprise after a dominant Sam Cali performance. The 2020 Group IV champs have been churning out state-level upperweights for a few years now and Raley is just another example as he suddenly finds himself in the top five. 

Cosmo Zaccaro of Central Regional is another new name, coming in at #6. He’s off to an undefeated start that includes wins over Hebron and Petracci.
