Kyle Snyder won the Henri Deglane in dominant fashion, teching Givi Matcharashvili in the finals 14-3. Matcharashvili, despite losing to Snyder, moves into the rankings aftetr his controlling win over World Champion and multiple time world medalist, Sharif Sharifov. Matcharashvili was the 2018 U23 World Champion at 97kg and took silver at the 2019 European Games at 125kg. He has previous losses to Ovsyannikov and Saritov, keeping him from moving any higher. Sharifov doesn’t drop too far in the rankings because of his previous wins over Snyder and Cox.
