2019-20 NCAA DI Rankings

149 O'Con Air

Austin O'Connor said he will be back on the mat next week, so we are leaving him in the rankings based on that assumption. Brayton Lee won a rediculous CKLV bracket, which moves him up to #5 and Boo Lewallen, who beat Lee earlier in a dual meet.

After that things get murkier. One of the thorniest 'ranker's delight occurred when Thomsen beat Thomas (for the second time this year), Thomas beat Parriott, and Parriott beat Thomsen. So your guess is as good as mine there.

Degen moves down not because he took a bad loss, but because the CKLV disrupted everything and he no longer has as good a resume as they guys that moved ahead of him. A loss to Thomsen from earlier in the year makes it hard not to move guys who have a win of Thomsen's caliber or higher ahead of Degen. Degen's win over Purinton is good but Purinton took a tumble after also losing to Zacherl and Parriott.

Jimmy Hoffman's win over Verkleeren allows him to sneak into the top 25 ahead of Maruca, who Hoffman also beat this season.
