86 kg - Magomed Ramazanov

Azamat Dauletbekov and Hayato Ishiguro are not in the entries at 86 kg for Worlds, so they came out of the rankings. Ismail Kucuksolak enters the rankings at #9 after defeating Rakhim Magamadov at the Mediterranean Games. 79 kg world champ Georgios Kougioumtsidis enters at #8 for his gold medal performance at the Mediterranean Games, where he defeated the aforementioned Kucuksolak.
