86 kg - Kamran Ghasempour

Former #1 and 2024 Olympic champion Magomed Ramazanov will undergo surgery at the end of the month and will not compete at the World Championships this year. Iran's Kamran Ghasempour takes over the top spot with Ramazanov's removal.

Javrail Shapiev and Ali Tcokaev are also not listed in the world championship entries, so they have been removed from the rankings. Arsenii Dzhioev, Osman Gocen, and Boris Makeov all make their way into the rankings with the open spots.
