79 kg - Akhmed Usmanov

Daulet Yergesh comes into the rankings at #9 after Kazakhstan's Bolat Sakayev's removal. Yergesh and Sakayev have very similar results and have been back and forth as Kazakhstan's #1 at 79 kg. However, Yergesh is currently listed as Kazakhstan's rep for worlds, so we included him in the rankings.
