Returning PIAA champion Ty Watters has continued to dominate through the postseason and pinned #5 Lucas Kapusta to win the Southwest Region title and improve his season record to 35-0. Watters will be one of the top guys to watch this weekend as he attempts to close out his career with a second state title before heading to West Virginia next season. Ryan Garvick moved down from 160 pounds for the postseason and defeated #10 Gabriel Belga and Michael Duggan to enter the 152-pound rankings at #2. Dagen Condomitti also moved down from 160 pounds and picked up two wins over #6 Jake Dailey to move into the #3 ranking. Lucas Kapusta moved up from 145 pounds for the postseason and picked up two wins over #9 Bode Marlow to enter the 152-pound rankings at #5. #7 Brian Heard took a loss to Dailey to move below him.
