#11 Lehigh at #5 Michigan, 7:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Are you ready to rock? Are you ready to roll? Are you ready to WRESTLE 'N ROLL? Your weekend officially starts with some heavy metal thunder in Ann Arbor, Rock City.

Our mans CP and Mike Mal will be blowing up this event, so if you're reading this right now, chances are will also see scads of content related to this dual in the very near future, if you haven't already.

I'm sure Mike and Christian will mention this plenty of times, but Kutler and Amine will be the headliners. They split matches last season, with Kutler winning in the early season dual and Amine getting revenge in the quarters of the NCAAs. Who wins the rubber match?

157: #14 Gordon Wolf LU vs #3 Alec Pantaleo UM \m/

165: #13 Cole Walter LU vs #5 Logan Massa UM \m/

174: #7 Jordan Kutler LU vs. #3 Myles Amine UM \m/

That's the metal hand emoji by the way, which we used back in the day before iPhones ruined the fun and made little pictures of everything.

UPDATE: Inclement weather (my least favorite kind of weather) has just made your Sunday night even busier!

#15 Cornell at Binghamton, 7:00 PM

184: #8 Max Dean, CU vs #15 Louie DePrez, BU

Louie DePrez is one to keep an eye on. He's a hammer on top and an upset over All-American Max Dean is not out of the question.

#16 Princeton at #3 Iowa, 8:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Fire up the dual screen at 8 o'clock, because you won't want to miss any of the Michigan Lehigh dual or the start of the Princeton Iowa tilt. Blue chipper Pat Glory will be welcomed to the NCAA by one of the pound-for-pound toughest wrestlers in college.

And then at 149 we should get Lugo v Kolodzik. Lugo is coming off an upset loss to Russell Rohlfing of CSU-Bakersfield but he also pinned Kolodzik last December at Midlands.

Our own Daniel Nomad will be in Iowa providing you with oodles of match related content, like this instant classic tale of Pat Glory forgetting to bring the team scale on the road trip.

125: #13 Pat Glory Princeton vs. #1 Spencer Lee Iowa

149: #1 Matt Kolodzik Princeton vs. #8 Pat Lugo Iowa

#18 Wisconsin at #7 Nebraska, 9:00 PM BTN

Isaiah White and Evan Wick are the headliners on this one. You can watch it on cable TV if you are still one of those cord-havers.

125: #5 Zeke Moisey, NU vs #19 Connor Brown, UW

141: #8 Chad Red NU vs #13 Tristan Moran, UW

165: #11 Isaiah White, NU vs #2 Evan Wick, UW

174: #10 Mikey Labriola, NU vs #15 Ryan Christensen, UW

North Dakota State at Fresno State, 10:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Wrestling returned to Fresno State after a decade plus hiatus. The Bulldogs are building on that momentum now in year two of their phoenix-like resurgence, and what better way to cap off the evening than by watching the Bulldogs vs the Bison in Fresno State's home opener.

Also check out this video Mike Mal made last year when he was in the Valley for Fresno State's first match of their rebirth.

Lindenwood Open 10:00 AM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Don't sleep in too late on Saturday, as the Lindenwood Open starts at 10:00 AM and is packed with talent, both of the redshirt and varsity type.

Illinois, Missouri, SIUE and Iowa State are sending full squads. Northwestern is sending their Fargo champs, Jack Jessen and Lucas Davison, unattached. Iowa will have Nelson brands and Anthony Cassioppi there on redshirt. Ohio State will have Malik Heinselman and Gavin Hoffman, also on redshirt. All that and more!

North Carolina at #10 Arizona State, 2:00 PM

The Tarheel coaching staff is very high on O'Connor, and for good reason. The freshman had a stellar redshirt campaign last season and then tore things up on the freestyle circuit. His only loss this year is a 3-2 decision to #10 Mitch Finesilver of Duke. Maruca will be a great test for O'Connor and a big opportunity to move up in the rankings.

#15 Austin O'Connor, UNC vs #11 Josh Maruca, ASU

#13 Northern Iowa at Pittsburgh, 3:00 PM

Like O'Connor, Bonaccorsi is a talented redshirt freshman with a big shot at moving up in the rankings this Saturday. The Pennsylvania native has All-American Drew Foster in a home dual for Pitt.

#7 Bryce Steiert, UNI vs #19 Jake Wentzel, Pitt

#11 Drew Foster, UNI vs #16 Nino Bonaccorsi, Pitt

#4 Oklahoma State at #19 South Dakota State, 7:30 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

As the action from Lindenwood dies down, make sure you are somewhere comfy to watch the Cowboys take on the Jackrabbits in South Dakota. If you haven't heard, Daton Fix is slated to wrestle NCAA champion Seth Gross. Our own Mark Bader is going to be embedded with the Oklahoma State team as they motor up the heartland to Brookings, South Dakota, so look for all sorts of great bus related content from Mark!

Then make sure you postpone all your Saturday evening plans until after the 133-pound match is wrestled. Fix is currently a 3 point underdog to Gross. How might Daton overcome these odds? Mike Mal breaks it down for you, now with telestrator technology!

Breakdown: Fix vs Gross

Wolfpack Wrestling Club Open 9:00 AM

Don't get too exhausted from the Fix Gross match, because we have another jam-packed tournament early the next morning. Campbell, Chattanooga, Davidson, Gardner-Webb, Maryland and North Carolina State are all expected to compete in the Wolfpack Open. Brackets available on FloArena

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Black Knight Invitational

Keystone Classic

Roadrunner Open

A few other tournies will also be underway Sunday morning; an invitational, a Classic, and an Open. That's a tournament trifecta right there!

#2 Ohio State at #10 Arizona State, 2:00 PM

149: #2 Micah Jordan, tOSU vs #11 Josh Maruca, ASU

174: #11 Te'Shan Campbell, tOSU vs #1 Zahid Valencia, ASU

A great test for Micah and another opportunity for Zahid Valencia to show off. This one could be a close run match as the Buckeyes will be without two of their big dogs, Myles Martin and Kollin Moore, as they are both currently in Romania wrestling for Team USA in the U23 Freestyle Championships.

#13 Northern Iowa at West Virginia, 1:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

This is where things start to get intense. You have six more duals to watch this weekend. Well, I guess you don't HAVE to watch these duals, but really, you owe it to yourself to watch them. It's safe to consider it an obligation even.

Things get cracking an hour past noon when the Schwab Mob of UNI travel to Morgantown to take on the Fighting Flynns of West Virginia. And if you're lucky enough to watch the second home dual in the Flynn Era in person, make sure you get there in time snag one of these dope luchador masks.

#16 Princeton at #18 Wisconsin, 1:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Another mandatory dual meet that you must watch, so make sure you have your second screen handy. If Glory survives his Friday bout with Spencer Lee, he'll get another tough opponent in Wisconsin's Connor Brown.

125: #13 Pat Glory, Princeton vs #19 Connor Brown, Wisconsin

#9 Virginia Tech at #12 Northwestern, 3:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

As soon as the 1:00 PM matches end you have two more mandatory 3:00 PM duals, so make sure everything is plugged in and you've paid your electric bill. 13 ranked wrestlers are scheduled to compete in this marquee dual, including Junior Freestyle World Champion Mekhi Lewis, Tech's 165-pounder. Lewis' drilling partner, All-American David McFadden, will not be in attendance, as he is currently in Bucharest trying to win a U23 freestyle gold medal.

133: #14 Korbin Myers, VT vs #17 Colin Valdiviez, NW

197: #17 Tom Sleigh, VT vs #20 Zach Chakonis, NW

285: #6 Billy Miller, VT vs #8 Conan Jennings, NW

Utah Valley at #18 Wisconsin, 3:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

Utah Valley knocked off one Big Ten team already this season when they punished Rutgers at the Journeymen Northeast Duals. Can the Wolverines make it two Big Ten wins in a row against the Badgers? You are required to watch and find out!

165: #15 Demetrius Romero, UVU vs #2 Evan Wick, UW

174: #20 Kimball Bastian, UVU vs #15 Ryan Christensen, UW

285: #13 Tate Orndorff, UVU vs #16 Trent Hilger, UW

#7 Nebraska at Wyoming, 4:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

The hits keep on coming as the Huskers head West to take on the Cowyboys. Probably my favorite thing about the University of Wyoming is how they use an Old West style font on all of their media. Another reason why Wyoming is cool is because one of Flo's producers, LJ Helbig, wrestled there, and LJ rules.

Isiah White gets his second big test of the weekend, as he takes on Branson Ashworth after facing off against #2 Evan Wick on Friday.

165: #11 Isaiah White, Nebraska vs #10 Branson Ashworth, Wyoming

#4 Oklahoma State at #20 Minnesota, 5:00 PM

WATCH LIVE ON FLO

The final dual meet of the weekend is a doozy, and which you are honor bound to watch. And what a dual meet it is! The first five weights are all expected to be top 20 matchups. That includes 133, where Daton Fix gets his second huge match in as many days. After tussling with Seth Gross, a two-time finalist and NCAA champ, Fix will draw Ethan Lizak, a two-time All-American and one-time finalist.

Mark Bader will once again be traveling with the Oklahoma State Cowboys, so expect plenty of fun videos from our guy Mark.

125: #4 Nick Piccininni, OSU vs #9 Sean Russell, Minnesota

133: #10 Daton Fix, OSU vs #6 Ethan Lizak, Minnesota

141: #4 Kaid Brock, OSU vs #14 Mitch McKee, Minnesota

149: #5 Boo Lewallen, OSU vs #12 Tommy Thorn, Minnesota

157: #20 Andrew Shomers, OSU vs #9 Steve Bleise, Minnesota

OK, you are now released from your wrestling watching obligations and free to enjoy the rest of your weekend as you see fit!
