The 2026 PIAA State Wrestling Championships are underway. As the top talent in the state will duke it out on the mat, eyes will continue to be on Bo Bassett.

Bassett had a successful opening day at the PIAA, winning his first round match 19-3. In the quarterfinal matchup, Bassett will take on Charley Paige, who narrowly escaped the first round with a 6-5 victory.

The Virginia Tech commit is on pace to pick up his third PIAA title and keep his undefeated career alive. If this happens, Bassett will join a club of only four wrestlers with this accomplishment.

Quarterfinals start at approximately 8:00 AM ET/7:00 AM CT and all of the action from the PIAA's with Bo Bassett involved, can be streamed live on FloWrestling

When Does Bo Bassett Compete In The Quarterfinals

  • Bassett will take on Charley Paige, who narrowly won the first round match, 6-5.

Who Is Next If Bassett Advances From Quarterfinals

Assuming Bassett advances from the Quarterfinals, he will move on to the semi-finals which will take place in the evening on Mar. 6.

Bassett would receive the winner of the Greyson Meyer and Greyson Music matchup.

On the other side of the bracket, Brandt Harer is making his presence known, taking a round one victory, 17-0.

Should both Harer and Bassett keep advancing, the possibility of these two meeting up in the final would be a sight to see.
