Garcia, who recently entered the national top 10 and will be competing for his third Illinois state title come February came away with a competitive decision over 120-pound contender Odiotti, who wrestled up a weight, in the CCL finals. Camacho enters with a win over Knowlton who himself enters with back-to-back finals at major events.

Garcia won CCL. Gosz won MSL. Camacho enters with a win over Knowlton in the Lahey finals. Rayl placed second at Geneseo. Davino won Illini, and Knowlton placed second. Davino won Dukane, Huck placed second, and Chavez injury defaulted out.
