2024 NCAA Recruiting Class Rankings

2024 NCAA Recruiting Class Rankings

The spring and summer is when commitments really pick up. It's been six weeks since the last update to these rankings and a lot has happened. Most notably the #1 overall recruit in the class, Angelo Ferrari, committed to Iowa. Iowa also picked up a flipped commitment from Miguel Estrada, who was originally committed to Wisconsin. These actions take Iowa from unranked to #3 and bring Wisconsin out of the top 25.

Stanford picked up four new Big Boarders and is giving Penn State a run for their money with seven total top-100 recruits.

Koy Hopke and Dillan Johnson, 2024's top two heavyweights, committed to Minnesota and Northwestern respectively. Northwestern stays at #14 as Johnson is their only recruit and is planning on playing football as well. I'm always a little hesitant about recruits that plan to do multiple sports at the D1 level. it's hard enough to be successful at one sport, let alone two.

The third new team in the top 25 is Virginia. Similar to the Gophers and Wildcats, the Cavaliers picked up a solid heavyweight in Max Shulaw.
