Ethan Oakley took over the 133-pound starting spot for Appalachian State and avenged a previous loss to Todd Carter along with picking up wins over returning SoCon champion Brayden Palmer, Domenic Zaccone, Jacob Brasseur, and Jackson Sichelstiel in the last month to take over the #1 ranking in the SoCon. Zaccone stepped in the starting spot for Campbell and defeated Palmer and Carter to move into the rankings at #2. Sichelstiel took over the spot for Davidson and defeated Brasseur to enter the rankings at #7.
