Returning ACC champion and All-American Cole Matthews defended his #1 ranking in the ACC by picking up a tight 4-2 win over Ryan Jack. Matthews has just one loss on the season and looks poised to make another deep run into the postseason. Jack remained in the #2 ranking with a win over Lachlan McNeil this past weekend. McNeil has been on fire, winning 13 of his last 15 bouts, and avenged a previous loss to Tom Crook by picking up a 12-3 major decision over Crook to move up to the #3 ranking at 141 pounds.
