McGowan (and much of Blair's lineup) moved down in weight, and while McGowan didn't compete, he's sandwiched between DeLuca and Lopes who did. His ranking would be much clearer if he had competed against Anthony Knox (who won the tournament in an impressive enough fashion to earn the OW award), but instead we have to go on past accomplishments, and he enters at #3. Mason Ziegler and Max Elton join the rankings after strong Escape the Rock showings.
