Zack Ryder takes over #1 after Brayden Thompson moved up. The most significant results of the weekend came from the Dan Gable Donnybrook where Gabe Arnold beat both Connor Mirasola and Tate Naaktgeboren. Heeg, Cruz, Taylor, Menifee, and Griffith are all slated to compete at 190 lbs at Ironman.
