2023 NCAA Recruiting Class Rankings

Little Rock replaces North Carolina at #19 with Nasir Bailey's commitment flip. The Armed Forces also get a bump with Navy moving ahead of Arizona State and Army ahead of Purdue. Neither school added any new big boarders, but they both added some depth guys that give them a boost. Sonny Sasso committing to Virginia Tech gave the Hokies their fourth big boarder, which is enough to put them ahead of Penn.
