2023 NCAA Recruiting Class Rankings

With a couple of new commits, and David Bray updating the 2023 Big Board, we've got the first set of new rankings in a month!

The top two remain the same, but Penn State jumps to #3 with both Josh Barr and Braeden Davis rising on the new BB. Similarly, Penn jumps to #8 and Navy increased to #13 with Cross Wasilewski and Ryder Rogotzke improving their BB positions. Cornell makes a huge jump from #21 to #10 with the biggest commit in this update: Meyer Shapiro.
