Keegan O’Toole has been one of the most impressive guys in the country this season. Coming off winning a Junior World title this past summer, O’Toole is 17-0 on the season with 14 bonus-point wins, including a major decision over Peyton Hall in the Southern Scuffle finals. Hall is 20-2 on the year with a win over Austin Yant and has split matches with Luke Weber. Travis Wittlake took a drop in the rankings to #4 after having recent struggles of losing four of his last six matches, including losses to Yant and O’Toole.
