Nasir Bailey and Mac Church moved up from 132. Bailey lost to Ryder Block at Junior Duals, but he also has wins over Zeke Seltzer, Brock Bobzien, Dylan Chappell, and Kannon Webster this spring as well as some senior-level w's, so he comes in at #3. Block does make a substantial move up into the top 10 right behind Hunter Mason who owns a victory over him.
