Matty Singleton has been at 170 for his last two tournaments, and he won them both. He took over the #2 spot after beating former #2 Rocco Welsh 3-0 in the Super 32 finals. That makes two Georgians, and not the Petriashvili kind, in the top of this weight. (We need to see that match). Some other shifts occurred at 170, but this was one of the calmer weights of the weekend.
