Nicco Ruiz is the story again. He built on his Journeymen performance with a Super 32 belt, and he had a brutal path to get it done. The Don Bosco Junior is up to #4 in the rankings. Angelo Ferrari was the other major mover. He was just outside the top 20 previously, but victories over Ley, Kilic, Mesenbrick, Gibson, and Vafiadis have him at #6.
