2020-2021 Big 12 Conference Rankings
125
For the first time since 2017, there will be a new Big 12 champion at 125. Four-time Big 12 champion, Nick Piccininni, is gone and it should be a lot of fun to see who will reign supreme in Tulsa this year. Led by returning runner-up Alx Mackall, there are also two other returning placers, and Reece Witcraft and Taylor Lamont are coming down from 133. Old Dominion transfer, Killian Cardinale, will have an instant impact on the weight and be a title contender come March.
Brody Teske was tough to place after going just 5-2 last year. However, his two losses were to top 10 wrestlers Drew Hildebrandt and Brandon Courtney. He slots in at #7 thanks to his top 20 win over Jack Medley.
Just a reminder, true freshman are automatically ranked last as they have no college wrestling experience or resume. If you have any comments, questions, concerns, or just want to yell at me, you can find me on Twitter @Kbratke or email me at kyle.bratke@flosports.tv
