Kolby Franklin goes down to 195, and we will have to wait to see who Wyoming Seminary inserts into the lineup here. Mattheus Carroll should have been higher in the previous ranking after placing seventh at Preps last season. Flaherty steps into the #8 spot as a post-grad at NMH after placing top-eight at New England Public School Championships last season. Fisher and Billingsley take the nine and 10 spots respectively after meeting in the third-place bout at Tennessee States last season.
