Christian Carroll is the major mover here. He jumps from #15 at 220 to #3 after controlling his opponents at Super 32. Gavin Nelson also moved up with his win over Shumate. Martin Cosgrove also moved up with a win over Shumate although Shumate's solid year last year anchor him at #5.

Rankings newbies Ethan Finch and Conor Maslanek made statements with podium finishes and enter the rankings at #12 and #13 respectively. 

Once again we have too many credentialed wrestlers for available spots so Keuter and Delsignore get pushed out for the time being.
