Aiden Noonan fell a couple spots here after a loss to Garrett Grice at IA Wrestle's Night of Conflict. 

Richard Fedalen made a name for himself and nabbed the #17 spot with a win over Lacure and two wins over Sealy. He finished third at the Grappler Fall Classic only losing to Tom Crook. Nini and Van Dyke both had wins over Hunter Mason and are solid enough to round out this weight.
