92 - Kamran Ghasempour

Rizabek Aitmukhan was the surprise 92 kg champion at the World Championships where he defeated Osman Nurmagomedov, Feyzullah Akturk, and Miriani Maisuradze. At just 19 years old, this was the first senior-level tournament Aitmukhan won and only won silver at U20 Worlds in August. While Aitmukhan’s performance was incredible, 2-time world champion Kamran Ghasempour was not in the field due to an injury. Because of that, Ghasempour remains at #1 while Aitmukhan sits at the #2 spot. Most of the other rankings changes follow the results at the Worlds - you can check out all of those results here.

Amir Firouzpour won gold at the Dmitry Korkin while defeating Alan Bagaev and Nurgun Sergin. Sergin moves into the rankings based on his win over Tazhudin Mukhtarov.
