74 - Zaurbek Sidakov

Zaurbek Sidakov suffered his first loss in almost 3 years to Timur Bizhoev at the Commonwealth Cup in July. However, Sidakov followed that up by defeating Cherman Valiev to make the 2023 world team. Despite the loss, Sidakov stays at the #1 spot based on his world championship and Olympic performances over the past 5 years. Though Sidakov doesn't drop from the #1 spot, Bizhoev jumps 5 spots based on the win over Sidakov.
