57 - Zaur Uguev

Zane Richards, Arsen Harutyunyan, Artem Gobaev, and Yudai Fujita are all new to the rankings at 57kg. Richards pulled off one of the biggest upsets of Final X after defeating Thomas Gilman in two-straight matches. Harutyunyan comes in after dropping from 61kg. Harutyunyan won a U23 world title last year as well as a bronze medal at the senior world championships in 2021 and 2022 (all at 61kg). Despite that success, Harutyunyan doesn't have the same results at 57kg and comes in behind Ravi Kumar because of a previous loss to Kumar.

Zaur Uguev came away with gold after winning Russian Nationals with a 5-0 victory over Artem Gobaev in the finals. Despite the loss to Uguev, Gobaev shoots up in the rankings after recording wins over both Akhmed Idrisov and Nachyn Mongush.
