Chance Marsteller won the US Open with a win over Alex Dieringer in the finals. Marsteller moves up a few spots after that performance and some of the wrestlers ranked above him taking losses.

2022 U23 world champ Vladimeri Gamkrelidze was one of those higher-ranked wrestlers who suffered defeat. Gamkrelidze lost to both Georgious Kougioumtsidis (at U23 Euros) and Sabuhi Amiraslanov (at senior Euros). Amiraslanov went on to win bronze at Senior Euros while Kougioumtsidis won silver. 2022 world bronze medalist Vasyl Mykhailov came away with Euro gold and slides in right behind Marsteller.
