2023 International Wrestling Rankings - Men's Freestyle

The biggest changes in this set of rankings come from Thomas Gilman's loss to Horst Lehr at the rankings tournament in Tunisia. Despite the loss, the tournament was held in a round-robin format and Gilman went on to take gold by defeating last year's world silver medalist Alireza Sarlak and Udit Udit. The aforementioned Lehr lost to Udit and only climbs to #9 in the rankings.
