Because most tournaments were postponed, there were limited results in March. The only notable tournaments were the Pan-Am Championships and the Pan-Am Olympic Games Qualifier.

And now all’s right with the world with David Taylor (USA) returning back to competition and taking the #1 World Ranking. He has two previous wins over Hassan Yazdani and had an impressive performance winning the Pan-Am Olympic Games Qualifier. He defeated #13 Yurieski Torreblanca in the semifinals and received a forfeit from the surprising Olympic Games Qualifier - Pool Abrocio Greifo (PER). 

#14 Alex Dieringer (USA) drops in the rankings after suffering a defeat at the Pan-Am Championships to the aforementioned Torreblanca.
