61 Abasgadzhi Magomedov

Most of the top 20 were not in action at the Ali Aliev or the Yasar Dogu. Formerly ranked #9 at 61kg, Ibragim Abdurakhmanov, took home a bronze medal from the Ali Aliev but was competing up at 65 kg. His only loss came to Ramazan Ferzaliev (#18 at 65 kg) in the semifinals. Because he changed weights, Abdurakhmonov was removed from the rankings at 61kg. 

Over at the Yasar Dogu, Recep Aktas lost a semifinal bout to eventual winner Rahman Amouzdkhali. Aktas then forfeited via injury in his bronze medal match against Ulukbek Zholdoshbekov of Kyrgyzstan. On his way to victory, Rahman Amouzdkhali also took out Zholdoshbekov and Assyl Aitakyn of Kazakhstan.
