2019-20 NCAA DI Rankings

125 2 Leegit 2 Quit

Liam Cronin continued\s his assault on ranked 125-pounders as the Hoosier junior beat Fabian Gutierrez to close out the regular season on an eight-match winning streak. Gutierrez was Cronin's third top-25 win in the last month. Additionally, Cronin has not lost to a lower or unranked opponent since December, when Brock Hudkins, before his injury at Midlands, was the starter for Indiana.

Gutierrez's highest-ranked win this season is #16 Chalifoux, which helps buoy his fall and keeps him above both Cronin and Cardani, who also beat Gutierrez.

Elsewhere, Daniel Vega lost to McGwire Midkiff, but that doesn't cause him to fall out of the rankings as Vega still has wins over #10 Schwarm and #19 Cardinale. Logan Treaster of Navy is the right on the bubble but his two ranked wins of #19 Cardinale and #23 Aguilar are not enough to surpass Vega.
