2019-20 NCAA DI Rankings

157 Hayden Hidlay

Numbers one, two and three at 157 from the 2019 NCAAs are all mercifully out of eligibility, which makes Hidlay, Young and Deakin the top preseason trio.

Crashing the top 10 party are two sophomores who are bumping up from 149 and figure to contend for those top three positions, Brady Berge and Anthony Artalona. Jacori Teemer moved up from 149 in the middle of his redshirt season, and should also vie for a premium podium position come March. Likewise, Rider's Jesse Dellavecchia could be dangerous after moving down from 165.

David Carr and Will Lewan are two more redshirt freshmen that could be in the title hunt, but didn't see enough high caliber competition to warrant a higher ranking. Incidentally, Carr won a junior freestyle world title over the summer, while Lewan earned a cadet world gold in 2017.
