This weight is nothing short of a mess. Conflicting head-to-heads loom everywhere, from the Top 5 through 15 to 20.
Poulin went through JMen (with four ranked kids) and S32 unscathed, so I'm giving him the nod.
The only other you could conceivably make a case for would be Lamer, and I'm not jumping him from 5 to 1 by default (because everyone else lost at a tournament he wasn't present).
Poulin earned it; the entire order after the Top 5 you could debate with valid points.
