86 kg - Magomed Ramazanov

2024 Olympic champion Magomed Ramazanov takes over the #1 spot after returning to competition. Ramazanov won silver at the Ulaanbaatar Open by defeating Bolat Sakayev, Abdulmuslim Abdulmuslimov, and Batbilguun Naadambat before forfeiting in the finals to Mohammad Nokhodi. 

Abolfazl Rahmani and Azamat Dauletbekov competed up at 92 kg at the Ulaanbaatar Open but will remain ranked at 86 kg due to their history at the weight and where I believe they will compete moving forward. Dauletbekov defeated Rahmani and moves to #15 just ahead of Rahmani.
