2025-26 NCAA DI Wrestling Rankings

149 - Shayne Van Ness

Caleb Henson has been removed from the rankings after he announced he will be redshirting this year. That means Shayne Van Ness takes over the top spot.

Aden Valencia is new to the rankings at #22 after he won his wrestle-off at 149 pounds over teammate EJ Parco.

Paniro Johnson comes into the rankings after defeating Jacob Frost in a wrestle-off. Johnson lost to #5 Jack Gioffre at the NCAA Tournament so Johnson slots in perfectly at #6.
