79 kg - Akhmed Usmanov

Simon Ruiz won gold at the Ziolkowski in Poland and notably defeated two-time world medalist Vasyl Mykhailov. Mykhailov, who spent last year at 86 kg, defeated Dean Hamiti earlier in the tournament. With those results, Ruiz and Mykhailov enter the rankings at #15 and #16, respectively. It's also worth noting that Evan Wick comes in to the rankings at #14. Wick defeated both Hamiti and Ruiz at the US Open and has a previous win over Mykhailov.
